Back in '74 I lived in an apartment and two farm boys shared the apartment next door. I ran into one of them today and asked about his buddy. The guy travels around the country building cell towers. Doesn't have a home or vehicle but he drives a company truck and has a company credit card for food, gas and lodging.

The weekend was lots of fun, and VERY hectic....put 5 adults together in a house, where there is lots of gathering of things that have been stored at Mom and Dads, and from their old places, using the old folks home as a temporary storage unit...and putting all kinds of this "stuff" into a trailer and van smaller than Noah's Ark to move to ID ....Plus add two kids, and two big labs who have come to check into the festivities for Dad's Day for the weekend, and add to the mix two little Papillons who think they are in charge of everything, and bark when ever they see the labs in their own back yard, and who come to the patio door to rub it in.... Add lots of meals, lots of laundry, lots of in and outs with staging of the dogs...(they got along fine, BUT the big ones don't know they could kill the little guys with one big jump on them, and the little guys think they are BIG guys and have no fear...) Mom and Dad are pretty dern tired tonight, but it was exciting too....got the ole' adrenlin up and roaring...Even several neighbors came over to see what was going on with all the cars in and out of the driveway....<ggg> Great words ....Thanks!
