The scene that I recall replayed on TV was where ATF
officials stormed into a home by breaking down the door.
The home had been identified as a RX one. It was a mistake. However, the elderly man there had a heart attack from the sudden surprise and ferocity of the break in..

AND I guess this is when a few seconds was required before breaking and entering as well as identifying who was breaking in.

This may be one isolated incident but it sticks with me.
