As I have mentioned before, I do whatever I can to REDUCE the quoted value of my house--and by so doing have saved myself thousands of dollars in taxes.

You can "value" your home for whatever price you want.
But the market is the arbiter of value.

In that sense your valuation is nonsense.
I understand what you are saying however but you picked a very poor way of saying it.
