I had some sort of bug last week - main symptom was nausea for which my doctor prescribed promethazine (phenergan). I don't know how it affects most other people, but it was the most effective sleeping pill I've ever taken - almost scary. Out for 8 hours, and awake without a hangover.

I normally make do with melatonin, and like you, occasionally benadryl.

shift work and its complications...... an entirely different world.

didn't own any nbix. just generally bummed re. management's inability or failure to promptly relay FDA concerns to shareholders.
