I don't think it's a law. I read somewhere this morning that it's a precedent from a hundred year old SC decision. Which the SC is free to tweak.

Which my reading of the past two days says was recently reconfirmed, unanimously.

I agree that everything is not yet on the table, which is why I'm waiting and asking questions of those who appear not to be waiting. It may be picky of me, but I do expect people who are all exercised about something to explain to me what they're exercised about.

Fair enough. I'm exercised by decisions which increase police power without warrant. I'm exercised by "originalists" who lambast others for departing the faith but decided, themselves, when it's ok to depart the faith. Hypocritical.
