It would carry more weight if he had also been upset over Albright's comment a few years ago with reference to over half a million children under the age of 5 dieing as a result of sanctions. "We think it's worth it" (Madeline Albright).

Sacrifices for a good cause are tragically noble and nothing to apologize for. What was it that was gained by the sanctions and the deaths of those innocent children that were so worth it to Albright?
