I agree. And it would be a tragedy if such problems just turned in to a boon for the makers of garbage like sucralose, and other fake foods- but if such programs rewarded people for exercise, and truly healthy eating, then it would be a good thing. Can our society fight it's coming tsunami of the health related consequences of fat, out of shape citizens? I don't know if we can- but we better try, since the constellation of diseases that travel with obesity and inactivity are very expensive, and don't kill quickly or painlessly.
