Yup. And that rules out the mollusks and crustaceans. And carrion birds. And, I think, Katz'sfish. I think there are no flesh eaters on the approved list. Implies no cannibalism, too, since humans neither have cloven hooves nor chew their cud.

The one real exception to this is one of God's, and therefore one of our, favorite creatures, the chicken soup bird. Chickens are pretty filthy in their habits.
It's a dynamic list, too. They just approved the Asian water buffalo. I guess God didn't know about them when he made the list.
