How silly!Nasdaq was trading at 800x earnings.Brasil is trading at 10x.Emerging economies with low interest rates may be hit as US rates rise but Brasilian rates are still likely to fall.A couple of years ago I read that 95% of Brasilianns capital requirements were met by internal savings.I tell people who want to invest in Brasil to put in the mkt their about 30% of what they want to invest.If mkt goes up smile,if it goes down to 8x earnings smile and put 30% more in,if it goes to 6x earnings put the rest in
