That's one big frigging road!

Here I was quietly proposing that the Feds get out of the Interstate Highway System altogether and transfer responsibility to the States. Once again the small government Republicans dashed my hopes. I suspected it was a losing cause when the fiscally responsible Republicans gave Alaska $250M to spend on whatever Alaska wanted [They didn't want to be on the record for voting for a $250M bridge to no where.]
