Not a single rightwing leader ever served in combat. Most were rich kid draft-dodgers, but though they supported the atrocious war, they were too cowardly to serve. This includes Bush, who pretended to be training to be a pilot, then bailed, went AWOL, lied about it, skipped his mandatory drug test and insisted he had more important things to do, like going to Harvard where his professor said he had a major problem with hard work and telling the truth. It is also strongly rumored he was arrested for cocaine during that period. Later on all Bush military records for the time in question were destroyed and are now missing. The smearing of the sterling combat hero war records of Kerry, McCain, Cleland and Murtha have everything to do with the fact that Bush himself was the ultimate phony and pussy. Cheney and DElay were too, but Bush lied about it, claiming in his autobiography that he was a trained fighter pilot. Bush also lied on the Mission Accomplished aircraft carrier claiming "I flew it". A total lie. An eyewitness in 1976 says he didn't even know how to start a Cessna. Bush is a total phony, not to mention perhaps the worst commander in chief ever. He just has no idea how to go to war.

Why are you afraid of John Kerry? What would he do for our country as president that makes you afraid? Maybe cracking down on white collar crime? Or proving he's head and shoulders above Bush as a president and leader? Are you just afraid you'll be proven wrong again? If so, let it go. Everyone knows you're a BS artist already. Your name proves it. Kerry has never flipflopped on a single major issue in his life. That's all about the 87 billion bill, which Kerry was 100% right to try and stall until it was amended to be paid for and the 87 billion accounted for. Now all that money is gone and it's pure debt spending. Billions could have been stolen and we have no way of knowing who ripped us off. Just reckless. Also, Kerry wanted to make sure the troops had better body armor. He was the first one to speak out about that.
