The worst President since Carter was Clinton. They were both in the worst few pf the Twentieth Century. If the woman who he claims to have fathered a child with were elected President history would judge her to be the worst President of the twenty first century.

He is an immoral liar. She seems to believe that legal ethics are waived when she is involved. She is probably the most corrupt person in government today.
