Double your position at only 1/3 of the cost! If its only the shorts that have you down, they must cover at some point! Sounds like a simple plan IF you have the faith.

FYI...

...the term `registered securities association' means a securities association registered under section 15A of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78o-3) thomas.loc.gov
law.uc.edu

An example of a registered securities association would be the NASD. Pink Sheets is an inter-dealer quotation system that is not an NASD member. Hence companies quoted on the Pink Sheets are not covered by the Safe Harbor provision. In any event, Safe Harbor does not excuse a company for making false and misleading statements.
