But an unrealized gain doesn't offset increased insurance and resets on ARMs. Property taxes are capped though. New buyers do feel it more than old homesteaders.

Not for those struggling on fixed income, SS Payments or the like.

For those it is a MAJOR issues if they can not afford the nut without taking out loans to support consumption (and taxes).
