We know that the plotting for 9/11 began in 1996 and was well advanced by the time Bush took office.

How do you know this? And even if it is true, America is not the policeman of the world. We cannot be responsible if someone is plotting something in a remote corner of the world.

And it is very easy for Bush/Cheney to abdicate responsibility and blame the CIA/FBI. And for folks like you to encourage that is deplorable.

What's next. Blaming the military for the debacle in Iraq!!
