CNOOC rallied 8.6% on the find. Their tiny partner, Husky Energy, HSE.TO, may be worth a look.

[OIH] I'm not really sure Tony .. I nibbled on the 13th at the Close .. Not Stopped out Yet .. but it's not looking Rosey so far this week. I guess we don't need the Oil Drillers .. Aeh ?
