You doom and gloom guys put my money under a mattress for the coming depression guys constantly say bubble RE markets crack and game is over. Economy in the tank, unemployment skyrockets yada yada.. I live in FL..It should be happening here first cause this is one place where RE is the economy. Yet restaurants are full, people travel, spend, hotels and airlines are at close to as full capacity as we've ever seen..Business spending is booming. Ever check out the ports? Go on a cruise, on an airplane? You think cause a few million bozos leveraged on option ARM's lose there homes, a few builders go under and RE activity slows the world comes to an end?
