I can not excuse dishonorable conduct under the premise of partisan loyalty. In the case of that poster both conditions may exist but I doubt one is dependent on the other.

I see no essential contradiction between challenging Bush Administrative policies or even opposing the Bush administration and having high ethical standards. Those who insist upon sacrificing one for the other expose weakness in character and a complete lack of regard for their own natural condition of human nobility.
