"My scam is ok, yours is not." That article reminds me so much of the Korean negotiations. We won't negotiate UNLESS. . . . The Koreans won't negotiate unless. .. . Negotiation and investigation, by its nature to be successful, must be open-ended and impartial.

There is no excuse for grandfathering Reg Sho, for keeping DTCC secret for failing to give up to date info on Fails to Deliver, on shorting statistics, etc., etc.

Byron ignores that the fact that hedge funds are now admitting that NSScamming exists. Of course, they are pointing their fingers at the Prime Brokers, who, in turn, will likely point their fingers back.

It IS getting interesting.
