Shades I think Florida should be going down first and hardest of all bubble markets but I think it will be due in large part to equity extraction by the wealthy out of the state and not a coming global depression. We could have a 'depression' type feel in FL especially if hurricanes continue this summer. That however puts even more inflationary pressures on the big picture. What happens to construction costs, insurance, oil prices if 4-5 more killer hurricanes strike this year?
