We just disagree, Tim, and walking further down the road of qualifiers won't change that. I'm reading off teh CATO Institute script that says a certain portion of conservative politicos wish to get rid of the exclusionary rule. Scalia would be a part of that crew. As, apparently, would Thomas, Roberts, and Alito. Kennedy is, as usual, his ownself, somewhat fuzzy, contradictory, but, most important, an original. Who would have thought it when he was nominated and confirmed.
