Pre 9/11 bush was asleep on FP. Clinton who had a far better understanding of the threat thru the course of his presidency didnt act decisively enough. If 9/11 had taken place under clinton, he would have been just as tough as bush. Iraq might have been handled differently.

Utter lies. Dubya had the Cole ON HIS PLATE and said, through the most incompetent NSA ever aka Rice, that they wouldn't do a tit for tat.

Dubyette removed the inspectors before attacking Iraq. The inspectors had found 95% of all 'weapons' in the mid 1990s.
