I take it then that you believe the Internet would exist but not necessarily the way it is today. I have no argument with that and I don't disagree that Gore had a positive influence on it's development. If you look back on what started this "discussion" you will see that I was only responding to AS's exaggeration (typical of him) that, without Gore, the Internet wouldn't exist today. That's BS.
