Mike..i don't know the company well enough to comment on it's worth. I can comment on the meteoric rise in the stock price. They began trading on the pinks, with an announcement, the same week in April they announced a $600,000 private placement and then the vol and price began to move. A few weeks later a modest announcement of rev and net earn for 2005 and a modest forecast for 2006 and BOOM you get a week of vol of 21m and the price then triples in the next 3 weeks. IMO this can only happen on the pinks and it is one reason I farm there. People went short at times on the way up and got hammered. Yes I know you can't short pinks but believe me it happens. The price rises GHLT was putting in on some days INVITED shorts to the party. They have lost every battle so far. On the pinks and with no 10sb out yet no one knows..really...what the structure of the company is. And that's just great for these situations. If you are willing to walk the edge in the mkts...and the pinks are one edge...you can make...or lose...a lot of money. In most case the product matters little...in other cases...again on the pinks...if you have a wowowow product and get a buzz going via pr's, product intro's etc...you can get the same result.
