Bush stupidly blew our two war model and bogged our military down worse than Hitler did his Panzer divisions in North Africa. He put everything into Iraq then stuck our troops there in a very uncomfortable, confusing, harsh and deadly 120 degree in the shade quagmire. It's been an extremely stressful situation for all the troops and many of them are hopping mad about it. It's so bad we didn't even have National Guard and equipment for the Katrina aftermath. Nor do we have enough resources to get OBL and company in Afghanistan. And if there were trouble elsewhere in the wortld needing more than about 30,000 troops forget about it.

Three Iraq vets just called the Ed Schultz show furious about Rove's comments that democrats who are in the military cut and run. In Rove's outrageous atempt to smear Murtha and Kerry he (and Coulter and many others) are dishonestly slimeballing all democratic war heros, even though neither Rove nor any other major rightwing leader has ever dared to serve in combat, and obviously they don't know jack about planning and executiing a war. Dishonest, dishonorable, dereliction of duty and impeachable. Out with this whole crew of hypocritical inept chickenhawks who are ruining our military. This kind of Rovian slime-machine tactic will not work again. We The People will not stand for it and I'm sure the press won't either.
