Rove's #1 enemy is always THE TRUTH. When he runs against an honest man, Rove will figure out a way to claim he is a crook. If he runs against war heros, he will figure out a way to call them cowards and traitors. If he runs on a failed quagmire war in Iraq, he will tell us it's a great patriotic mission marred only by critics. If he has to get corrupt politicians elected, he will cover up their crimes and find a way to point the finger elsewhere. Basically, you have a White House political machine with a criminal mind, no ethics and a serious disregard for honesty and truthfulness. In their arsenal are the dirtiest of political tricks, like Goebbels type propaganda rants, surrogate smear campaigns, disinformation campaigns, outing a CIA agent and others to destroiy the lives of honest critics, planting evidence to frame opponents, voting machine fraud, phone-jamming, illegal wiretaps and surveillance, gay and race baiting and Jim Crow black voter disenfranchisement. The other day, Rove called democratic war veterans "cowards" who "cut and run". This is as ugly, insulting and dishonest a statement as anything Coulter ever vomited out. Especially since not a single rightwing leader has ever served in combat. And Rove speaks for Bush. He is after all "Bush's brain" and he is a criminal mind to the nth degree.
