Yes, one of the positive feedback loops that will likely cause global warming to accelerate dramatically later this Century. Nature also negative feedback loops that tend to remove CO2 and cool the earth like more plant growth in a warmer more CO2 abundent world or cooling of upper reaches of the world as the ocean currents that bring water up from the tropics to norhern latitudes break down and stop working as melting ice makes the water too fresh to sink properly in polar areas (which has lead to ice ages in the past). Ultimately the extent of global warming will depend upon which of nature's feedback loops is more dominant. With CO2 continuing to be poured into the atmospher the positive feedback loops are likely to win and warm the earth.
