Hey John, A very fine series of Public Ed TV programming is Rumpole of the Bailey. Entertaining, humorous and almost educational. Easy viewing.

CAVEAT: If a conservative (me) enjoys it, you might find it too boring. ;-)

Yes Tivo plays a factor as well. I don't just have a bunch of movie channels, I also have a Tivo, so I always have movies, and other shows waiting for me.
