If Bush's policy is to torture at Gitmo, why bother sending them off-shore to CIA "black box" prisons for torture? If Bush's policy was to torture at Abu Ghraib, why did he apprehend and prosecute the perpetrators there? Perhaps you could direct us to the written torture policies so we can clear this all up.
