Peter, Those fundamental ideas are dwindling because the family businesses are disappearing. They're not all gone yet, but more and more, they are beings swallowed up by the huge corporations, and the only thing that counts in the large corporations is the bottom line. Employees are just tools to be used until they break, or become obsolete, and another takes their place. I used to hate even the thought of labor unions, but with the changes made by corporations I am more understanding of them.
