If you decide to proceed with a reservation, please note that a reservation deposit is required: $10,000 for a purchase price under $750,000 and $20,000 for a purchase price over $ 750,000. This deposit is fully refundable in the event you decide to cancel your non-binding reservation agreement.

i guess if they can't even keep your deposit then those "reservations" have no meaning.

Russ thank you for the informative reply. I guess that it will eventually come down to supply and demand and we will see lower prices.

My wife works for a highly respected commercial appraisal firm downtown Portland. All of the appraisers say the units are way over priced.

Time will tell the story.

I hope with owing 500K or more the buyers do not ARM's or neg am loans. If so here comes da trouble.
