Famulush, I've never posted any opinion on the CMKX case. Find one post where I have. I find a lot of it fascinating and I do feel sorry for those who have lost money, only to be abused on these message boards by the constant autopsy by coroners.

Have a nice day. I see you have new digs on IHub.

LOLLOLOLISSIMO.

"The trend is your friend."

The hedge funds hedge funds are now admitting that NSScamming exists. Of course, they are pointing their fingers at the PRIME Brokers, who, in turn, will likely point their fingers back at the hedge funds. It will be fund to watch this unfold.

I don't see that Bob O'Brien's claims have been refuted one bit. In fact, his recent entry details the progress that has been made in keeping this issue in the public's eye, despite scam defenders who often make up their own version of what is going on.

Just about a year ago, those who were frustrated because they couldn't successfully attack Bob and were embarrassed in their attempts to stalk him (e.g., his leading them to a strip club LOL), reverted to the typical name-calling. The defenders of industry scams claimed it was only a few "conspiracy nuts."

Now we see the issue in the main stream press, before Congress, the state regulators and, yes, even the SEC is awakening so that they will not be left behind with the industry scam defenders.

Further examples of progress that encourages me that the truth is getting closer are

the criminal and possible administrative and civil actions against the class-action sharks that always seemed to have an incestuous relationship with hedge funds and perhaps associated traders.

the trial of Elgindy and the information that is now in the public domain. No comment on sentencing and personal issues but the reality is that the evidence is now there and is helping to show that the tactics that were used in the past refute the claims of the shorties that they are pure as driven snow, merely there to help society and rid the world of scammy companies.
