Saw the ACV spinoff------Sally Beauty was an acquisition that truly worked for ACV.

This the first time that I can recall a spinoff by ACV---at one time ACV had ACV B shares And ACV A shares. Think it is all ACV now, not sure.

Will be watching this one.

The AVC spin-off looks interesting to me.

But the SVU deal doesn't look great to me. Lot's of debt in a low margin business and increasing competition, doubling the size of business, etc.. IMO, recaps and similar seem best invested in when a business has higher margins or other barriers to entry. But, I could be missing something.
