Perhaps but these high end condos seem so detached from reality. I mean $600k for a small 2/2 condo that is oversupplied in urban gentrified hood versus $450k for a large 4/2.5 home on a nice lot in the built out burbs not too far out. Seems these folks paid a huge premium for new granite countertops<g>
