Well, therein lies the problem. First of all, it isn't really pro forma unless you factor out one-time charges/gains, no? And secondly, how do you define "pro forma" in such a way as to be crystal clear before they report and bullet proof after-the-fact?

Hence, the "lottery" method was born for the EPS category. I thought you were a big proponent, all booing and hissing aside. ;-)
