You Dumbya's buttwipe, there is always a general policy of encouraging democracy in any dictatorship. It doesn't mean one has to invade, like your moron leader Dumbya did. It can be as benign as moral support for pro-democracy forces.

Clinton's 1998 bombings destroyed every suspected WMD site in Iraq and the rightwing complained about him doing it. Although in truth there may have ben no WMD since 1992.

Since then we had no reliable intel on WMD in Iraq until six months before Bush's invasion when the CIA finally turned one of Saddam's generals. He told them there were no WMD and no Al Qaida connections.

Bushies rejected the intel reports and instead replaced them with total BS from corrupt Chalaibi cronies. Cheney now has Chalabi helping Halliburton rip off Iraqi oil money. It is a huge criminal enterprise. Nothing Cheney says is ever true. He's the biggest liar in the country. he has been lying intentionally since day one. and he was the one who authorized the outing of CIA agent Plame. cheney is at war with the CIA. That was proven tonight on the Frontline show.
