The real question is, who are you going to believe? You are betting your soul on a god who, arbitrarily, had his only son murdered. You are stating that you are willing to suffer greatly to follow the promises of a god, by who's example, under certain circumstances, it is OK to murder your own children!? Does that mean that, in order to collect your rewards in Heaven, you need to follow God's example and kill off your own child?
