<We have a purpose in life, just like all organic things we know that are alive and are around us.>

I was in a bar just last night attempting to create conditions leading to fullfilling that purpose later in the evening. :)

read somewhere that humans minds are already effected and to some extent... controlled by an inorganic being (or set of beings) who are already cooking our butts.

Well so far humanity spread out all over the geosphere with all of the evolving sets & subsets of sects , tribes and nations , and we have acted very much like the spores of a mold on an orange , though the devouring of the host is taking place on a little more prolonged time schedule .

The catholic church calls these beings (or being) "the devil", and the oven is called hell.

well not just the Catholic Church , but also all Islam copies that traditional theology as well .More or less originating in the mythos of medieval thought still persisting today . Always easier to put the blame on 'ol BeezleBub ya know , than make the hero's journey to that undiscovered country outside the mundane spheres of prejudice, pride , ignorance and fear . ..and having to always be beheading your enemies.

You really see in European 'Catholic" history the creation of the most frightening & vividly portrayed tangible representations and images of the: "Devil & Hells" , with the writing of the immensely popular piece of literature "Dante's Inferno" . More than anything in the Bible or Koran even themselves did Dante's work shape the vision and imagery of Hell in the minds of human beings from that time on touching every corner . The huge popularity of the book was the universal appeal to the imagination , of clearly portrayed levels of punishment that were directly related to the major sins & vices of the poor unfortunate terminated sinner waiting for him or her in the afterlife . Dante was banished for challenging the pope and church fathers of the time , so he took a little sinful pleasure in inventing certain regions of hell in which to place them , an old trick that many who wrote the OT Bible to the NT and Koran knew as well....make your enemies seem vile in the eyes of God.

But to the mind of those at the time , these clear terrifying images the Inferno portrayed were really embedded with the idea of the laws of karma , so giving many a map & sense of which things to avoid so not to end up being torn to pieces & eaten by some evil little demons later on for all eternity !!

* There's a magnificent idea coming out of the Hindu tradition …the one of Indra's " net of gems", where at every crossing intersection of one thread over another there is a gem reflecting all the other reflective gems. Everything arises in mutual relation to everything else.... as though there were a single intention behind it all, which always makes some kind of sense, though none of us knows what the sense might be, or has lived the life that he quite intended.
