PS, we spend 1.7 billion on imported diesel. Need to divert grain to produce bio-diesel. Too much soy at the mercy of foreign markets.

Better to have 1.7 billion inside the economy here. The farmers spend their money down here. The money we pay for the Diesel goes to other people's pocket.
