YOu mean the French, German, Russian and Chinese intelligence agencies told their respective leaders that Iraq had WMDs! And if they did so then the leaders decided to vote no to an attack on Iraq!!!


Anywhere you care to google it. Who do you think SOLD Saddam his WMDs in the first place? Russia, France and Germany head the list.

They didn't care if Saddam had WMDs - he paid well. If trouble came, it wasn't them who would be doing the heavy lifting.
