Mike, PS Gotta love that Silver. Sticks his nose in right at the end to get some face time and take ownership for something he objected to all along. What a farce. Now he's trying to blow the whole deal by pre-announcing the deal and forcing the possible contractors to pay inflated prevailing wages on the construction. Man, I hate that guy. I think you got it. I was surprised to see Silver's name in the AP story, but your explanation makes sense. But look at the bright side: It is better that Silver takes "ownership" of this rather than publicly attacking it. Joe PS: Maybe the government agencies in your neck of the wood will now be more receptive to AMD based computers...
