The American people want our troops home. Bush is doing nothing but escalating the crisis by sending in even more troops. Only a fool stands and fights when he's in quicksand up to his knees and is surrounded by faceless enemies. It's just common sense to pull away and dereploy, letting the Iraqis take care of their own business for a change.

The real issue is that Bush blew it in Iraq so badly (partly to cover up his own gross lies going into the war) that no matter what plan is used, we will suffer some kind of defeat. That despite our brave troops struggling to survive without a clear mission. The reason for the defeat is the White House. They alone are responsible. Cheney, Rumsfield and Bush.

Bush has no clear mission in Iraq. He's just wasting tone of money and weakening our military. Plus he's lying. He said we will stand down when they stand up. They already have stood up and Bush is sending in MORE troops. The troops want to come home. And the American people want us to cut our losses on this fiasco.

Another feather in Dumbya's dunce cap :

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Gunmen abducted dozens of Iraqi factory workers on Wednesday as they were being ferried home after work in a fleet of buses just north of Baghdad, police and Interior Ministry sources said.

.........

Meanwhile, the so-called coalition of the willing is now reduced to Dumbya and the poodle. Even the cook from Palau has been pulled out! Not sure about the dancing girls from Vanuatu though! ;-)

Mr. Kerry now describes the war in Iraq as a mistake, even though he once supported it. His critics say they believe the new stand reflects more politics than principle

So why should Kerry's new stand be any different from his old stand in this regard?
