Supervalue ... Well I have researched into what a ... "informal SEC inquiry" is? ....it really isn't such a bad thing at all? The SEC has contacted the company and requested that they provided information voluntarily for their review. Generally they use this term so as not to upset the investment community without the available facts to base a determination of procedure to take. It doesn't necessarily mean the company has done anything criminal but it does indicate that there is some questionable business practices that have been brought to their attention. At this point the best thing the longs can do is sit and wait it out.... I don't think you will be seeing any PR's in the near term thought. JMHO best regards, shorts
