Well, I guess the men that article talked about are not average SI guys<g> Since I saw most of posters here on SI are men, and they know plenty about money and saving for the retirement, including yourself<g>

dam been pulling out 10% for last 11 years of retirement. if you listen to these financial advisors you would never retire.

But, guys, when it comes to retirement planning, we`ve got to be honest. We don`t know as much as we think we do. A recent survey found men and women equally clueless about retirement, but men were much more likely to believe they had it all well in hand. That could be dangerous.

Some would say that the men are optimistic, and the women are dour pessimists who lack faith in America.
