I wonder what is going on with Trump's place in Palm Beach. Last I heard he was asking like $120M but that was probably a top bubble price. Bankers whispered to me easy 10-15% down already and the higher end taking an even bigger hit. See the FOX show over the weekend where Greg Hymowitz mentioned the crash going on in Cape Cod? There was no spring buying season this year but we knew it first hand in Florida way back in Feb<g>

I was in the Hogan house, forget how I got to see it but I must say it was an amazingly detailed chateau and exceptionally well done. I knew nothing of Hulk Hogan but wasn't expecting an exquisite home and it was...I was expecting vulgar ostentation and this home, while extravagant, was not. 17k sq ft becomes difficult to design...just trying to come up with purposes for the many rooms is taxing. MP
