I'm sure the SEC is well aware of the undisclosed Turek bankruptcy, the lawsuits with Aztec and General Technologies, the lack of required filings of insider Forms 3,4 and 5, and all the shuffling of "cash" between Turek-controlled companies. The informal SEC inquiry will probably ask for explanations of all of those things and a lot of other questions are possible.

I wouldn't be surprised to hear that the IRS is also asking questions about the bankruptcy and Turek's sources of income. Once these informal inquiries get started they often lead to formal investigations.

I'm still wondering what role Bill Howe has in PLNI and why he seems to be so deeply involved in everything and yet there is no information on his background or his shareholdings in PLNI.
