All males. Very mature males, at that. One might even say elderly. Not that they're wrong. Two of the three are certainly mature. All three have been very thoughtful about the problems of their race. Especially when it's pretty much impossible to get ahead when you have babies, anyway? I know many highly successful women with children. In both private and public employment. For me, the whole issue in this topic is about personal behavior and victim status. In life, we make choices.
