Is it any wonder that Cheney and Rumsfeld decided that the CIA was not to be relied on? So, the "bad intelligence from CIA" theory is out the window? If so, how much better was GFY Cheney and joker Rummy's manufactured "intelligence"? If the "bad intelligence from CIA" theory is still on, then how come Tenet got the Dumbya medal? (unless the medal is awarded for stupidity, which may be quite possible, since it is the Dumbya medal!)

So would you say that the intelligence provided about the offer of Osama by Sudan to the Clinton White House was also a faulty piece of intelligence. Why is it that the propagandists consider that intelligence as authentic and fault Clinton for not seizing the offer and capturing Osama, but then when it comes to WMDs in Iraq they start to cite all the intelligence lapses (which I would not believe even though you believe those and post it here) Let me ask how do you know that the CIA missed the fall of the Berlin Wall etc. etc.. These intelligence briefs are top secret. YOu are posting those here as if it is authentic and that you have the insides to the intelligence channel.
