Well, looks like the good news is that Semco and Promold are in the filings. What I found interesting is that Turk has 1,000,000 preferred shares that have the voting power of 7.3 common. Does that mean that they can be converted at 7,300 to 1? He acquired these shares from loaning PLNI 5,799,849.12. That kinda seems strange since we know he has filed bankruptcy. Which brings me to another strange point that in the filing it asks if any of management has ever filed and it says "No."
