Rasmussen is full of it. Bush is in the mid 30's. And that's where he's going to stay (if he's lucky). Furthermore, Bush has about a 60% disapproval rating. There was a brief bump from the good news of our troops killing Zarqawi but that is already fading out. Don't expect anymore good news out of Iraq until we start bringing our troops home. Zarqawi was the only famous bad guy left.
